It's still at 28% because everything you said is fake news. The military aid keeps flowing, Trump doesn't have the power to stop military aid, only congress does. All the rest of NATO ignored Trump and affirmed their support to Ukraine. The EU just signed another military aid package to Ukraine.

US Russia peace talks. No more US military aid. Europeans talking about peacekeepers - you don't send into active warzones, you send to keep the peace. Ukraine - Russia negotiations next week? List goes on and on, but market is 27/28? Something seriously wrong with people here.
