"Intended buffer zones": The definition of "intended buffer zones" is not clear. How is this buffer zone defined, and who determines whether a particular zone qualifies as an intended buffer zone? If it's located on internationally recognized Palestinian territory, does it need further clarification regarding the legitimacy or size of the zone? "Even if that zone is established on internationally recognized Palestinian territory": This clause is subject to interpretation regarding international law and how a buffer zone on Palestinian land is defined. Part of this 100+ year conflict is that various countries will swear with certainly that their definition is compliant w international law. Half of the UN will tell you that Israel is on Palestinian land.

Ground operations" and "withdrawal": The term "cease all ground operations" can be interpreted differently depending on what constitutes a "ground operation." Does it include all military activities on the ground, non-combative, defensive operations, etc or are some ground operations exempt like: IDF neighborhood patrols, IDF security checkpoints within Gaza, and IDFs ongoing participation and ground assistance with facilitating humanitarian aid in Gaza? "Withdraw all ground forces" is ambiguous as Israel will begin w partially withdrawing forces and will leave specific units in place for years to come. What constitutes a full withdrawal?
