In the 2020 election there were 6,915,283 ppl who voted in PA. There are currently 6,915,776 votes already counted for this election.

PA doesn't require ID to vote. Biden won 81% of the total 741k Philly votes in 2020. In the 2020 Philly election there were 350k mail in votes & 340k of them were for Biden (90%)! Kamala currently holds 78.7% of the 705k votes counted in Philly. Please tell me how 90% of the remaining 84.5k votes are not gonna be for her given everything about the votes for this county are identical to the 2020 election so far
