I've read a bunch of Kaplan's past rulings and couldn't find a case where he gave a white collar criminal 0 days in jail. His beliefs, especially in high profile cases, are that jail sentences should serve as a deterrent for others.

I can't see how the judge can give one person 25 years and the other 0 as a co-conspirator even though you testified. Best she can hope for is 2 years
