Lol ok dude. What I’m saying is that this bill will not stifle innovation as much as youre suggesting. The majority of the critical articles covering this were from weeks ago, before changes were made. Even anthropic supports the current version.

Probably betting my bias on this one, but Newsom is comfortable supporting tech by stopping bills. This bill is probably the most dangerous to tech industry that he has ever faced. It could lead to a great migration out of state and tech simply not offered in California. Don't see this passing.
