Its only ever been for people with hundreds of millions of dollars. Elon doesnt deserve to be the richest person in the world and avoid paying taxes with a majority of his wealth being held in stocks. like most dem policies, there is a ton of reasonability behind it, but people are bad with information literacy and critical thinking, and somehow evade the logic.
