It's really looking like there could be a majority of UK and Canadian citizens as well. I don't think the scope of the leak is in question, it's mostly a question of whether one of the federal agencies is going to complain about it

majority is enough for yes - This market will resolve to "Yes" if any US federal agency definitively states that a majority of or all Americans' social security numbers were stolen in this hack by August 31, 2024
