Toretsk is a very urban area with lots of highrises, I don't think russia is just going to throw troops into the meat grinder storming it when they could just encircle it. Thats why the fighting for niu york has been so fierce, because the if the niu-york/leonidivka/petrivka line of settlements falls ukraine will be forced to withdraw from toretsk. What this means for this market though, is that as excited as everybody got about the frontline reaching the outskirts of toretsk, if you're waiting for them to go in the front door, you'll be waiting a long time
