This is ridiculous. Look at the explanation saying ABC is a platform. The venue or Platform agreement means that they need to agree to do it in a studio, like Biden demanded, or in front of an audience like trump wants.

No, the 'and' portion is: "...about that date and a set host...". The date is September 10 and the host is ABC News, per their tweet.
