I'm intrigued that the NO resolution for Other was disputed, but that none of the individual countries was disputed. Can someone explain this? No other country can win unless there was a pregame DQ, and an eliminated team replaced the DQ team. But in that case, each individual country should not have been resolved yet either. It's inconsistent.
