WLFI will finalize sales, but not launch before election. Thus NO will prevail. Why? Incentives of course! Interest in the project/coin will tank if Trump loses election so the grift must commence before election. At the same time, launching a coin represents a substantial risk to his campaign, think headlines such as "Trump endorsed cryptocurrency down -50% on the day of launch". So better to delay launch to after election.
