North Korea x South Korea military clash in June?

this argument about "exchange" is moot anyways because if South Korea actually did shoot *at* North Korean soldiers that would be enough to resolve this YES even if there was no exchange of gunfire.

i hate getting this pedantic but an "exchange" implies multiples sides. if i go up to someone on the street and shoot them, that isn't an "exchange of gunfire"
