I think if the UMA manages to steal this, at least bettors from Venezuela need to be refunded. Some people bet on Maduro not because we like him, but because we want insurance against the expected economic collapse... It would be wild to see Venezuelans getting frauded by Maduro and THEN by polymarket/UMA too.
